Location:
Sage is located in Park Slope, at 405 Fifth Avenue (between 7th & 8th streets, on the 2nd Floor. We're the first door from 7th St.)

When you arrive at Sage, step into the vestibule (outside door is unlocked during business hours) and ring the buzzer for Sage Spa. We'll buzz you up to the 2nd floor.

By Subway: take either the R, or F trains, both of which, stop at 9th Street and 4th Avenue, (R train stop is 9th st and the F train stop is 4th Ave).

When you get off the subway, you're only one block away, so walk up to Fifth Ave, turn left, and then just 1.5 short blocks to 405 Fifth Avenue. We are located between 7th and 8th streets.
