Spa Guidelines:

Guests of Sage Spa must be at least 16 years of age.

We are a non-smoking environment

Cell phone use is prohibited on spa premises and all cellular devices should be turned off prior to entering spa reception.

Sage Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

No Drop-in Clients All sessions are by appointment only: Please call in advance to schedule your session. Every client's experience is important to us. for that reason, all of our sessions are by appointment only. We do no interrupt sessions to answer the door for drop-in clients.

Standard Reservations We require a valid credit card to reserve all appointments. If you must cancel for any reason, please allow at least 24 hours notice. or you will be charged 50% of the total cost of the reserved treatments under your credit card. Same Day Reservations are non-refundable.

Cancellations: We respectfully ask that you give the Spa a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. A 50% of service(s) cost will be charged for any late cancellation or no-show appointment.

Payment We accept Cash, Checks, MC and Visa.

Gratuities are greatly appreciated by our staff. if you are unhappy for any reason, do not feel obliged to tip (though we ask that you let us know so we can address the problem and make amends), but if you loved your session, please be considerate of your therapist and show your appreciation. Tip envelopes are available at the front desk. We ask that tips for our therapist be cash only.
