I was at your spa a few weeks ago on a thursday for a prenatal massage.

"I was 5 days overdue at that time and the massage experience was superb!"

I just wanted to send you an update...I went into labor naturally on saturday night! No induction necessary, Thank God.I was so relaxed after the massage and I had my husband press on the points you showed me on my legs and feet and hands. I really do think that it was a combination of that and some encouragement from family and friends to just sit back and relax that put me into labor. My daughter, Robin, was born on sunday afternoon (2/24) after an uncomplicated and natural labor and delivery. She was 7lbs, 3oz and she is a very good baby. Now I have 2 beautiful daughters.

Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. I hope to come back soon for a postnatal massage if I can find a free moment!

Excellent Massage - Sep 26, 2008 I've visited Sage Spa twice in 2008, for 1 hour massage. I had a different therapist each time, and both massages were first rate. They really listened to my needs, and did exactly what I really needed. Karen and Richard both were top notch massage therapists, and very expert.The Spa itsself is very small, but tranquile and clean. When you are face down, and having your muscles pounded into submission, you don't care at all that the place isn't like a large spa with fancy jade igloo saunas, or has 5 different kinds of hot tub soaks, or offers 15 different kinds of exotic body wrap muds. Both times I was the only client in the place. It's not overly fancy, but its classy, and it's fantastic. "It's an expert Spa, where you get top quality body work, individual attention, and free jelly beans. I highly recommend." Absolutely Heavenly
07/04/2007 Posted by shell- I've been to Sage many times, and each time I have literally floated out of there. Just walking into Sage, with its calming atmosphere, gorgeous decor and wonderful, friendly staff makes me breath a bit easier, my shoulders relax. I find no pressure there at all, just pure comfort and nurturing. Recently, in June, I had an incredible facial there that saturated my senses with the scent of roses that lingered for hours and hours. As always, I left feeling outrageously spoiled, as if I had been given extra special attention, an amazing birthday present. Seriously, I have never had a bad experience at this spa, and in all honesty consider it to be the best in Brooklyn.

Best Reflexology Ever!!
Posted by earthyone on 11/03/2006 I recently went to Sage, for a Reflexology treatment, with Eileen (therapist). I have received Reflexology before, but this has been by far the best session I have ever had! I was "in and out" of consciousness, deep sleep, then awake, then dreaming...WOW, what a journey. I left feeling more relaxed than I have ever been, and the effects lasted a few days!! She helped me focus within and forget about the outside world. I would definitely go back, and highly recommend this place to anyone. I am sure the massages are equally as good. This spa is beautiful inside, and very quiet, no hustle and bustle, and they dont rush you here, like most spa's. Very Zen-like.

The masseur Jessie has magical hands!! Jessie is caring and she truly listens to what is bothering you and your needs! After our sessions i float out of the room. I honestly feel at peace when Jessie is done with me. She is a true asset to the company. If you are in Brooklyn and you need a massage, I kid you not, go to Sage spa and ask for Jessie. You won't regret it.
